What are we planning to do to improve literacy particularly among males.
How will education be redefined to meet the challenges of poverty,squatting and impoverishment of the society being the 2nd poorest in the Caribbean per capita GDP along with being the 4th.most illiterate in the Caribbean
Jamaica is underprepared to providd therspy. Deploying neophyte counselors just out of college to treat complex issues such ad exist here is a very bad idea. This is what happens when care systems are controlled by politics, personality and nepotism and not by expeeience and world class training, which is in most cases unavailable here
