I got a notice by text message that my Digicel bill should be paid today, or else I would be charged a penalty of JAD500.
Most of the channels have not been working since Sunday, October 11. Can I charge Digicel a penalty for not delivering the contracted service that I paid for? I wonder if OUR monitors and studies Digicel the way they do JPS?
The reverse feature sometimes doesn't work. You have to turn off the TV once or twice to get it to work.
Are you having challenges with your Digicel TV? Are they punishing us because the government has reduced their rental for NaRRA?
Something is not right.

Everytime they ask for feedback i tell them the new Digigel+ is crap. Worse than what was there before. As far as I'm concerned it's Digicel-. You don't notice the reduction in channels since the start of October?
