#AndrewHolness #Jamaica. Could this be historic? I would like my friends to check it out. Today June 1, 2021, The Most Hon. Juliet Holness sat in the Speaker's chair in the House of Parliament while her husband The Most Hon. Andrew Holness, the Prime Minister of Jamaica was on his feet addressing the House.
Could this be the first time in Jamaica that we have a Prime Minister addressing the House while his wife is the speaker. Yes she had the last word. She was in charge!!! Has this every happened in another country?
I need to know.

No i have never hear about anything like this in jamaica before historic indeed we would have to find out from Prof on talking History she will more can tell us about that.
As long as they do their jobs well I have no problem
I am sure they both had a great laugh about it around the family table that night with their boys. I can just hear Madame Speaker telling Mr. PM, "Ah was jus waitin' pon yuh fe seh someting outa order dat me coulda tell yuh fe shut up an siddown!"
