Cecil 'Skelly' Spence, Israel Vibrations' Founder is Dead

Cecil 'Skelly' Spence


Cecil 'Skelly' Spence, founding member of the Israel Vibration Group has passed on. This was announced on Israel Vibration's social media page today. I met the group Israel Vibrations  in the 1980s when they performed on a show in Montego Bay and I was the MC. Their harmony and their sound was very unique at the time.

The members of Israel Vibrations met while they were going through their physiotherapy programme at the Mona rehabilitation centre in Kingston. That meeting lead to the formation  of the group..
