Have a look at the video below and tell me when and where this event took place? Who organzed it and did they have a licence to put it on? 

You see the amount of people enjoying it and there seem to be more phones used to take pictures than spectators on the site. 

When no one is in charge, everyone takes charge and chaos rules. I wonder if the police was aware of this event?
