My Rank and File Colleagues,

Relative to the outcry and numerous complaints regarding non-payment/part-paymrnt of Overtime and the subsequent failure by the responsible agents of the state to implement the orders of the court pursuant to  civil claim No. Su2020CV01635, i am pleased to share with you that enforcement proceedings  has been filed in the Supreme Court.

While Our Leaders continues to attempt to weaken and shake the foundation of advocacy, because of the truth spoken by your duly elected Chairman,  let's not be daunted in our quest to safeguard  our overtime payment which is an entitlement due by law and from a well fought and successful court battle.

We are now awaiting a date for the hearing. 

I implore you all to be steadfast in service to the citizens of Jamaica, as we play our part in advancing the welfare of the whole human race.
