ReplyDeleteThe young have no respect for their elders because we are the ones who taught them to be wicked and uncaring. At no point was their any form of mediation.
ReplyDeleteWe are living in a most dysfunctional and mentally unstable society. Only an islandwide psychological intervention programme can help us at this point. The dysfunctionality runs from top to bottom and we are so accustomed to it that we don't recognise it as abnormal anymore.

ReplyDeleteWe have become the "Wretched of the Earth". People are desensitized by all these things. It's now the new normal. Much as we need to know what's going on in our country, the media is spending far too much time reporting crime and violence as if nothing good is happening in our country. Report the good news !!! We also need immediate and serious social/community intervention. Lord save our country!
ReplyDeleteAm not sure exactly where this. There was no First Aid responders. Our country is lacking from reasoning out things before it reach to the physical. So we could do well with some more PFA in our country and in our communities. Thanks to those who were showing compassion and where helping out in what ever way they can. I pray and hope that they will get some counseling.
