Have you read and listened to some of the imbecilic utterances from persons in the British media recently about Prince Harry visiting Jamaica?
Jamaica's democracy is far superior to many other countries. We are poor financially yet rich in talent. Jamaicans are a proud people. Do not expect a similar uninformed, illogical and stupid discussion on national radio or television in Jamaica. This type of discussion one would expect from the unsophisticated, the uneducated, the unexposed and the unenlightened.
Harry attended the premier showing of a film featuring the story of a human being whose magnificent work has impacted the whole world. The songs of Bob Marley and the I-Threes have been an inspiration to the world.
Harry is definitely not a petty person. What do the British journalists want Harry to do - disrespect the Prime Minister of Jamaica by refusing to take a picture with him? Prince Harry should continue the tradition of how the British treated black people during the days of slavery? Harry is doing far more to heal the relationship between blacks and whites. A member of the British Royal Family hugging up a black man! What better public relations statement?
Jamaica will be a republic one day. That does not stop us from being a part of the commonwealth. We don't hate the British. They have their King, and we want our own King or President.
When imbeciles have access to the media, they probably feel that the rest of us are receptacles for garbage.

Harry is such a decent human being! I wish he and Megan would be allowed to live in peace.
Harry is not like them so it hurt them to see that he is happy and Jamaicans love them. They all can go to HELL.
There cetainly is no "common wealth" of knowledge or respect. Those amongst us that continue to bow to the colonial masters and the drivel from their publics, will not rise.

Time cone for the British to stop worshipping the royal family. They are mere mortals. They need to get over the fact that Harry & Meghan have stepped back from royal duties.
Our prime minister's pose is so different from Harry's. Harry hugs his wife.Neither the Prime Minister nor his wife shares a hug.That's not normal. Then again Jamaica is not a normal place.
