Thanks To Flow for Fixing Cables in Mandeville but Which Lines This Unknown Man was Fixing?

Thanks to Flow for fixing those cables in Mandeville that a truck had torn down. A few days after those cables were fixed an unidentified man was seen fixing some cables also. He could have been fixing his personal JPSCo wires. JPSCo should update me on that!

One can easily locate this area. It's on the Winston Jones Highway coming up the hill towards New Green roundabout, where there is an intersection on the left where the Sugar Research Institute sign board is. The Grants Machine Works is to the right, and Flemings United Brethren Church is on the left. You focus on the left for about 400 feet and you will see a little wooden stall. This is where you will find the car wash. There is a garbage container with a sign saying Express Car Wash.

Note: You could have a fire there or there could be a piece of breaking news that someone has lost their life fixing wires.
