Vybz Kartel Conviction Quashed!

The UK Privy Council has ruled on the Vybz Kartel case. The conviction has been quashed and sent back to the Jamaican Court of Appeal for the court to decide on a retrial or not. Click here to read the ruling.

    The conviction of Kartel and co convicts has been quashed.

    Will there be a retrial or will they be freed.
    If they are freed this would be a win for justiciable criminality.

    Criminals' Paradise being reinforced by the legal system.That blunder continuing with a "poisoned" jury pool was reckless,
    careless madness.

    Clive "Lizard" Williams is dead and someone is guilty of murder.
    Our Justice system has failed "Lizard" and the Jamaican people.

    The other argument is that a fair trial free of fear may not be possible.

    What is the future therefore of this case now????

    For saving face the state may try to go on to having a retrial.
