JPSCO
Approximately 4 communities or sections of communities are still without electricity. The company is moving to correct that situation within the coming days.
I again ask that if you are aware of any community or sections of a community without light and power please let me know.
As the JPSCO, is winding down their restoration work in Western St Mary and moving to Central and South East St Mary.
Please remember now that your community is restored with electricity, if there is an issue, please call the JPSCO and insist on getting a Reference number. Do not hang up without getting a reference number.
Thank you, to the JPSCO teams and contractors, for a job well done.
Thank you to the many citizens, who came out and assist the JPSCO teams, cleared roads, bushed electricity lines and for you who just stopped with the workers, to say thanks, have all played a role in getting back power into your community.
Let's also now hope and pray for the people in other sections of St Mary and elsewhere, as they struggle with getting back light. The teams in Western are now moving into other areas in the parish.
