One can write and talk as much as one can criticize the system, but one should not only criticize, but also come up with suggestions and get involved in improving the system.
I have been involved in many things, and now I'm involved in the transport sector. Today I spoke with some of the operators of the Cross Roads Route Taxi Association. I did a video interview with the president of the Cross Roads Route Taxi Association, Sam Carty.
I'd rather like this model of operators coming together and working through the Transport Authority. The Transport Authority can now deal with one body rather than dealing with individual taxi operators.
Let's listen to part 1 of the President of the Cross Roads Route Taxi Association, Sam Carty, as he tells you a bit about the history.
Sam Carty speaks about the hackney carriage and the route taxi.
