The following is a message from the Police Federation:
It is with deep sadness and regret that we announce the brutal slaying of Cpl Oliver Mullings of the Kingston Western Division.
Cpl Mullings was killed in a shoot out with gunmen in the Division.
We are heartbroken and saddened.
Sincere Condolences to his family and Colleagues.

I hope a thorough forensic investigation is done to rule in or out FRIENDLY FIRE.All weapons on the operation should be taken in for testing.Basic principle of investigation from inside out quickly.
