The Acting Director General of the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) will join me in the studio on Monday, December 4, 2023, for SpotOn during the feature Be My Guest. SpotOn is heard on 89.1 and 89.3 FM in Jamaica. The programme is also heard in the USA on W264DG 100.7 FM and WHNY 740 AM, in New York, New Jersey and Florida. SpotOn begins at 1300 hours EST.
Shamari McPherson, the Violet Edwards Scholarship winner, will join me for Talk Yu Talk. Violet Edwards is a Jamaican who made history by achieving her associate degree at 96 years old. After discussions with family members, the family decided to celebrate Mrs Edwards' achievement by providing scholarships to UWI students. Four scholarships were given scholarships, valued over JAD4 million dollars. The family plans to offer more Violet Edwards Scholarships next year.
Shamari McPherson is a UWI second-year Electronics and Computer Science student.

She does an excellent job of analyzing and making projections for future prices at the coronation market. Anthony Gayle complements Nadine very well. He gives feedback from the farmers and also gives them valuable advice about the market.
