Councillor Candidate Pulls His Gun In Confrontation With Men In St. Thomas

I have just received another video of an incident involving a councillor caretaker and other party supporters in St. Thomas. I received this video from a member of the JLP. The first video came from a senior member of the PNP

The first video posted on Bark Di Trute sent shock waves through the country. There are accusations that the videos have been edited and therefore, might not give the true story of what transpired. The PNP has issued a Press Release commenting on the matter. I got an immediate response from the Prime Minister who checked about the incident. I understand that the police are investigating.

Many Jamaicans said this incident brought back memories of the 1980s and they declared that Jamaica cannot go back to those days.

Not only should the police investigate this matter thoroughly, but the political parties. Where it is found that any political party member is guilty of violent behaviour, then this member or members of the party should be withdrawn from all campaigning activities and possibly banned from all party duties and responsibilities.

This is the second video being circulated of the incident.

This seems like they are buying votes. I don't think the video was modified at all. That counselor needs to be ushered out!. We are not our ancestors
