Motorists are facing slow traffic in the morning in the Harbour area sometimes. This happens when there are accidents. We have to depend on our emergency alert system which the police can use to inform media houses of challenges on our roads. Thanks to Roy Rayon for reporting on the traffic situation in Harbour View yesterday.
