I believe they should start the hanging it is getting worse as long as you know you sure say is this person hang him they take so many lives and spend few years a prison and get lawyer fi chat fi dem then they come back a street come kill again get rid of dem
ReplyDeleteJamaica lacks leadership they pander to the lowest common denominations.
DeleteWah colour colonial Clark's dem going put.now to match di "Rifle Walk".
How about A Red One fi celebrate the start of a new round of electoral murderation.
MAKE JAMAICA SAFE AGAIN (MJSA)
ReplyDeleteIs this another case of "CRIME IS DOWN MASS MURDER IS UP".
This is a country Jamaica that wants to become a Republic.
Is this Independence and Emancipation to murder each other.
We celebrate murderers and allegedly give them National Awards.
In 1962 there were 63 murders in Jamaica and as we celebrate Independence uncivilization 60 years later we had 1498 murders.
We should perhaps call for real re-colonization by Britain God Save the King and Jamaica.
Instead nowadays we save and celebrate murderers not "HANG THEM".
Last hangings were in 1988.
Whats the excuse again not to hang guilty murderers?
No to being a REPUBLIC.
Who or what will
MAKE JAMAICA SAFE AGAIN (MJSA)?
let's do it MJSA to make Jamaica Great Again (MJGA).
These criminals are so bold and unbothered. Perhaps because they know if caught they will get off or collect a light sentence resembling a beautiful bracelet. Their badge of honour.
ReplyDeleteIt's time to play by the books. What does the law stipulate for such crimes? Let them have that. No plea bargaining. Their victims didn't get any.
If one is brought before the courts it should mean there was enough evidence to charge the person to begin with so the least they should get is the minimum sentence.
Get off? Where? There is no lawyer who should get someone off. The minimum is the starting point. Wrongfully charged? Then the state needs to revisit the criteria for charging an individual for a crime; especially murder. You do the crime, you do the time. It's funny how tough these criminals are, and how soft the system is on them.
Technicality is the thing now and so in this football match, every lawyer is looking for a loophole. The court system is confused. Are you for justice or is this a chess game?
