Statement From The NWC - September 23, 2026
Customers in Patrick City, Meadowbrook Estate, Perkins Boulevard and Estate, and sections of Duhaney Park in St. Andrew are being advised that their scheduled water supply is temporarily disrupted due to a broken main in the Perkins Boulevard/Queensborough vicinity.
Customers are encouraged to conserve their stored supply at this time. The National Water Commission (NWC) is carrying out the emergency repairs and estimates completion by 12:00 pm today, Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Water supply is expected to gradually resume thereafter as the network recharges.
The NWC is reminding customers that, due to location, elevation, and varying demand, some areas may receive water earlier than others.
The NWC apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the patience and understanding of its valued customers.
