Matthew Samuda, MP, Minister of Water, Environment and Climate Change, participated in the Solutions Dialogue on Ocean Action and Leadership at United Nations Headquarters in New York on September 22, 2026. This was part of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 81).

The engagement focused on advancing ocean action, strengthening leadership and international cooperation, and exploring practical solutions to support a more sustainable and resilient ocean future.
